A 24-hour notice is REQUIRED for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 24-hour notice, fail to show up for your appointment, fail to cancel within the 24-hour notice, or arrive too late one treatment shall be forfeited from any pre-paid package. Cancellations can be done by phone/text or email.
